Seriously, y’all…if you want to make yourself feel old fast, take your baby cousin’s senior photos. I had just finished 3rd grade when she was born. And I can remember entire conversations I had with people during that year of school so it can’t be that long ago, right?
Sigh.
I was honored when Kayla asked if I would take some photos for her. Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, we met at the crack of dawn on a Saturday in October that turned out to be cloudy and made for some very interesting light. Not what I was going for, but we’ll get some sunshine shots when spring rolls around.

These photos have been ready for a while, but I wasn’t able to connect with Kayla until Thanksgiving and I didn’t want to post them here until she had seen them. So, no need to delay any longer!
Very happy with the final product! I could not have asked for a better “guinea pig” — and I’m happiest of all that she is happy with them.
